Liked this brand-new hotel, particularly good and great location and beautiful rooms. The staff was affable and super friendly, just as I expected. Location: the venue was right by the night bazaar, Thaphae gate, many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and restaurants. Local fast food option Sparky's Grill was 5 minutes walk away. Everything was simply brand-new...

I had a wonderful experience during my 5-night stay at the At Gate Thaphae Hotel. the double room was equipped with an electric kettle, climate control, and a personal safe, making our stay very comfortable. We loved the view of the garden from our room. Plus, the hotel’s location is fantastic, as it's conveniently close to everything we wanted to explore.

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel facilities. Everything was meticulously cleaned up every day, making it a comfortable place to stay. The hotel also had great transportation options and a central location, making it close to everything you want to see in this city. In addition, the staff was very friendly and helpful, providing attentive service to every inquiry and request we had. Finally, the breakfast was a great start to the day with a great variety of options.

Nothing, everything was great!

The hotel was located in a peaceful alleyway close to all the tourist hotspots, giving you a chance to explore everything the city has to offer. the room was spacious, clean and airy, with plenty of natural light in the daytime. the staff was friendly, accommodating and offered a range of weekly discounts for extended stays.

The hotel had some issues with power outages at night, which caused inconvenience while taking a shower or moving around in the dark for safety reasons.

What a great way to start the new year! The hotel's facilities were impressive with USB sockets at the desk and by the bed to easily charge our devices, and eco-friendly paper used to wrap the toiletries caught our attention. Its location was ideal as it was in a quiet alley, yet it was accessible to a lot of key attractions in the area. Plus, their spacious and well-designed rooms, coupled with their friendly staff, made our stay truly enjoyable.

There were a few downsides, including the jacuzzi tub in the executive suite that was not working, and one bathroom light that kept blinking during our stay. As for the outdoor environment, it was too dark in some areas making it feel unsafe to explore.

Great location and friendly staff! the room was spacious and had plenty of closet space. I loved that there were USB sockets right next to the bed, making it easy to charge my phone. the breakfast was pretty good as well.
